Automatic test equipment and ERP consulting

The fixture on the line, and the record that production uses.

We design test fixtures, instrumentation, and the software that runs them. We also implement the ERP those results have to reach, so yield, inventory, and traceability are not waiting on a file export.

99.98%

Repeatability on calibrated measurements, across the buses we support.

ERP programs delivered, including multi-site manufacturing.

< 5 ms

From the instrument reading to the result written for production.

Practices

Two engagements. One production record.

Hardware validation and the business system are usually bought separately, then joined with a spreadsheet. We do both, and we connect them.

01

Automatic test equipment

Fixtures, PXI and benchtop systems, and test software for electronics and industrial products.

  • Fixtures. Bed-of-nails and pneumatic clamps, interchangeable cassettes rated past 10,000 cycles, ESD-safe housings.
  • Test executives. CAN, LIN, Modbus, SCPI, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and MIL-STD in one sequence.
  • Throughput. Parallel tests that shorten the cycle. The limits stay where you set them.
  • Fault finding. Waveform capture and a pass or fail against the parametric window.

02

ERP consulting

Architecture and implementation for SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, AMOS, and ERPNext.

  • Production into the ledger. Test and MES results posted to inventory and finance, not left on a local server.
  • Material planning. Replenishment based on yield and what the test just rejected.
  • Traceability. A serialized history from incoming material to the unit that left the dock, for ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Reporting. Cost and yield from the system you already run, without a second warehouse of copies.

How a result moves

From the fixture to the ledger.

Test data often stops in the factory. Planning then runs on last week’s estimate. The sequence below is the work we actually deliver.

  1. 01

    Acquire

The fixture records voltage, current, and bus traffic for the unit under test.

  2. 02

    Judge

Limits and the failure code decide pass, fail, or hold. A person can still override it.

  3. 03

    Post

The ERP receives the result. Stock, the return to the vendor, and the forecast move with it.

Standards

What the build is checked against.

Aerospace, automotive, and other high-reliability lines. The lists below are the scope we quote against, not a catalog of everything we have ever touched.

Fixtures

  • Pneumatic and manual bed-of-nails clamps
  • Interchangeable cassettes, 10,000 cycles and up
  • ESD-safe anodized aluminum housings
  • PXI, PXIe, and 19-inch rack mounting

Instrumentation

  • Up to 512 multiplexed analog channels
  • Differential digital I/O to 1 Gbps
  • Current measurement to 10 nA resolution
  • Isolated programmable DC supplies

Buses

  • CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay
  • EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP
  • SCPI over USB-TMC, LXI, and GPIB
  • 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1

Platforms

  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Odoo
  • AMOS
  • ERPNext

Integration

  • Kafka for the events that cannot wait for a batch
  • REST and GraphQL behind TLS
  • OPC-UA between the line and the ERP
  • Writes that commit with the database, or not at all

Access

  • Role-based access with your existing SSO
  • Separate duties for test engineering and finance
  • An audit log that is not edited after the fact
  • Plant networks kept off the corporate record

Quality systems

  • ISO 9001 documentation that matches the test you ran
  • AS9100 traceability for aerospace work
  • Serialized history from incoming material to shipment
  • Calibration records tied to the instrument, not a folder

Data boundaries

  • SOC 2 Type II controls where the program requires them
  • GDPR boundaries for personal data in the ERP
  • Retention set by the contract, not by a default
  • Production data stays in the region you name

Handover

  • Fixture drawings, wiring, and the bill of materials
  • Test sequence source, with the limits written down
  • ERP configuration notes for the next administrator
  • A session for the people who will run the line
